3-year-old hotel, 100 beds, 140-seat restaurant. Winter and summer tourism.

Our structure offers no wellness services. Last year, when we carried out a geological investigation, we found that by sinking a 600-metre well we would reach thermal water and could create a spa or an Alpine thermal water park. Projects have already been prepared.

We are seeking co-financers.
