It would include the whole of Slovenia, Ljubljana would be presented in more detail as a capital (also of Europe) with its rich history and cultural heritage, but the rest of the country would remain in the foreground as a single diverse tourist destination, which owing to its small size is also our advantage.

In view of its art-related contents, the café will be aimed at the more demanding visitor, richer tourists, artists, intellectuals, students, singles, older couples, diplomats and all those who have difficulty finding somewhere special in Ljubljana.

It will become a sought-after tourist attraction and a sight that is unique in Europe. The café could be an enhancement for Ljubljana Castle, justify the existence of a cablecar, be a specific destination for visitors and a pleasant surprise for chance tourists (see the popularity of the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, another type of popular culture point).

Requirements for realisation of the idea: alternative and progressive promotion of tourist capacities, detailed reports for the topic, realisation, maintenance and renovation of equipment and entire environments, highly trained team for management and meeting the needs of wealthy guests who are the target group for designer apartments and hotel rooms, a sensitive investor or tourism company keen to change in order to attract rich guests.

Use of design in tourism infrastructure: hotel rooms adapted for special purposes, gambling infrastructure, clubs and discotheques, night clubs and apartments.

Principal advantages of the idea: NEW: Introduction of temporary leases of equipment for catering and tourism establishments, uniqueness of complete environments adapted to needs in tourism, equipment made and designed with added elements from local materials, special design as main or indirect point of promotion of tourism infrastructure, inexpensive qualified workforce such as: specialised craftsmen and artists in Slovenia.

The authors of the three-year dance/musical project Intimate Parallels of the Špica cultural association, a co-production with the Sestava cultural association in Ljubljana and the Architecture Museum of Ljubljana wish to rediscover and present, through dance performances in spaces - in and outside Ljubljana, in towns around Slovenia, in the countries of the former Yugoslavia, in Vienna and in Prague - designed by the architect Jože Plečnik, the intimate parallels between the human body and the rhythm of the architecture of Jožet Plečnik.

1. Foundation of the Špica cultural association, which will be based in Ljubljana.

2. Creation of a website for the cultural society and the dance project Intimate Parallels. Publication of promotional material - e.g. posters, calendars, maps with descriptions of events and architecture designed by Jože Plečnik in Slovenia and abroad, with the aim of opening the project to tourists and the general public. Creation of links with tourist agencies.

3. Preparation of the dance production of the Intimate Parallels project containing conceptual performances by local and international dancers, woven into a live concert. Admission to the performances will be free.

4. Finally, renovation and cleaning of spaces (including pavements, columns, balustrades, kerbs) designed by Jože Plečnik, which will give rhythm to the dance production of the Intimate Parallels project.

It involves audio recordings that can be borrowed at lending points and can also be accessed via the internet. These are designed in such a way that when you listen to them you get the impression that someone is walking next to you and telling you about his or her everyday life in Ljubljana. Your guide shares childhood memories, and together you wander down the paths of history and marvel at futuristic ideas...

The device enables a rapid and effective solution to problems of sudden (acute) or chronic pain in the lower back or neck or radiation of this pain into the extremities (lumbalgia, lumbar ischalgia, hernia disci, cervicobrachialgia) with the help of stretching (relaxation of vertebrae) of these parts of the spine. The device is useful regardless of the cause of back pain, e.g.: functional (age-related degeneration or changes in the structure of vertebrae) or somatic (stress, modern lifestyle, incorrect loading of the spine or as a result of posture when working, doing sport or driving). The device is: stable, small, can be dismantled and allows two treatments to be carried out (Perl, Glisson). It can be remotely operated and can be used without the presence of another person. USE: Private physiotherapy centres and health resorts, fitness centres, massage centres, workplaces (where workers do predominantly physical or sedentary work).

I am seeking co-financers and help in obtaining an operating licence.
